Role Description The Sales Attendant is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for supporting daily sales operations and customer service activities. The role includes greeting customers, understanding their requirements, and providing product or service information in a explicit and professional manner.

The Sales

Attendant will assist with preparing quotations, maintaining sales records, organizing displays or materials, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up. The position also involves handling basic inquiries, supporting order processing, and helping maintain a tidy and organized work area.



This role requires close collaboration with colleagues and supervisors to meet sales targets and deliver a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, including transparent communication, active listening, and a professional, courteous attitude toward clients.
- Candidates should possess basic sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to present offerings, handle objections, and support the closure of sales under guidance.
