Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales Associate – Yoga & Wellness Programs who has prior experience in selling yoga, wellness, meditation, fitness, personal growth, or similar programs .

This is an entry-level sales opportunity for candidates who have already worked in B2B or B2C sales and understand the complete sales cycle — from generating leads, engaging prospects, explaining programs, building relationships, and converting opportunities into business.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to connect with individuals interested in wellness and personal transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities





- Generate and manage leads for ECF’s yoga, meditation, and wellness programs.
- Connect with potential customers through calls, messages, and online communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable wellness programs.
- Conduct sales conversations and effectively communicate program benefits.
- Convert qualified leads into paid participants through strong follow-ups and relationship building.
- Handle both B2C customer sales and B2B partnership opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent lead conversion.
- Maintain sales records, customer information, and pipeline updates.
- Represent Enlightened Circle Foundation professionally and communicate its values of awareness, compassion, and meaningful transformation.

Who Should Apply? We are specifically looking for candidates who have:
- Prior sales experience in Yoga, Wellness, Meditation, Fitness, Health & Lifestyle programs .
- Experience in selling wellness sessions, yoga programs, courses, workshops, or similar offerings.
- Hands-on experience in B2C sales and/or B2B sales .
- Strong lead generation and conversion skills.




- Excellent verbal communication and convincing abilities.
- Confidence in handling customer conversations and sales discussions.
- Ability to build relationships and understand customer needs.
- Target-oriented approach with strong sales ownership.

Candidates without prior Yoga/W Wellness sales experience are not preferred.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: 1–2 years only
- Must have previous sales experience.
- Candidates with experience beyond 2 years may not be considered for this role.
- Prior experience in Yoga, Wellness, Meditation, Fitness, or Lifestyle program sales will be preferred.
- Strong communication skills are mandatory.
