Role Description The Sales & Application Engineer – Industrial Products is a full time hybrid role based in Anand, with a mix of on-site customer visits, office collaboration, and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying customer needs, recommending suitable CNC cutting tools, precision instruments, and workholding systems, and preparing technical proposals and quotations.

The role involves providing pre- and post-sales technical support, conducting product demonstrations and trials, and assisting customers with application optimization and troubleshooting. The engineer will collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure accurate product selection, timely deliveries, and customer satisfaction,



while actively building and maintaining relationships to drive sales growth. The position also requires regular reporting on sales activities, market feedback, and opportunities, as well as participation in trainings to stay current on product and industry developments.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering and Sales skills, including opportunity identification, customer engagement, and solution-based selling.
- Candidates should possess Technical Support skills, with the ability to diagnose issues, guide users, and deliver practical application solutions.
- Candidates should possess Mechanical Engineering knowledge relevant to CNC cutting tools, workholding systems, and shop-floor processes.
- Candidates should possess Electrical Engineering fundamentals sufficient to understand and support relevant industrial equipment and instrumentation.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related engineering field is preferred.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and machining parameters; familiarity with CNC operations is an advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a hybrid setup involving field visits and remote coordination.
- Prior experience in industrial product sales, tooling, or precision instruments will be considered an added benefit.
