The Compensation Package

- Annual Base Salary: INR 750,000 to 900,000 (Strong, reliable base to fuel your hustle)
- Monthly Marketing Allowance: Up to INR 15,000 (Dedicated backing for your outbound strategies and client acquisition tools)
- High-Yield Commissions: Generous payouts stacked on top of your base for every deal you lock down

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Prospecting: Identify, target, and initiate contact with decision-makers (founders, owners, marketing heads) across Indian SMEs and startups.
- Pitching & Demos: Deliver compelling presentations and pitches highlighting Webzieh’s monetizable website solutions and digital services.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean,



active CRM pipeline from initial cold outreach to contract closing.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle client objections, structure project proposals, and successfully close deals to hit monthly quotas.
- Market Feedback: Relay insights from the Indian market back to the team to refine our offers and positioning.
