Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Assistant to support our sales team and help manage customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and daily sales activities.

Responsibilities

Follow up with leads and potential customers.

Communicate with customers and understand their requirements.

Schedule meetings and product demos.

Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.

Maintain customer and lead information in CRM or tracking tools.

Support the sales team throughout the sales process.





Handle customer inquiries and provide basic information about our products and services.

Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Maintain proper records and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, sales support, customer service, or a related role.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.

Basic understanding of sales processes.

Valuable organizational and time-management skills.

Comfortable using spreadsheets, presentations, CRM, and other office tools.

Ability to learn and explain technology products.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in software/technology sales is an advantage.

- Diploma or bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory for suitable candidates.
