Business Development & Sales Executive – Hospitality

About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Business Development & Sales Executive who knows how to sell—not just generate leads.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry and strong relationships or an understanding of hotel procurement, housekeeping, F&B;, spa, and operations teams.

This is a field sales role . You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating your own leads, meeting decision-makers, converting enquiries, and bringing in new business.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new B2B clients, particularly hotels, resorts, spas, hospitality groups, and other businesses
- Build a strong pipeline through field visits, cold calling, networking, references, LinkedIn and other channels
- Personally meet procurement managers, GMs, housekeeping heads, F&B; teams, spa managers and other decision-makers
- Generate current enquiries and convert them into orders
- Follow up consistently on quotations, samples, proposals and pending enquiries
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions
- Conduct product presentations and sampling with prospective clients
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms and close sales
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
- Identify opportunities for repeat orders, cross-selling and upselling
- Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups and sales




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Provide regular market feedback on competitors, pricing, customer requirements and new opportunities

What We Are Looking For We are looking for a SALES PERSON—not an order-taker.

You should be

- Aggressive, proactive and highly target-oriented
- Comfortable with cold calling and approaching new clients
- Confident in face-to-face meetings and negotiations
- Persistent with follow-ups and capable of pushing a deal towards closure
- Excellent at communication and relationship building
- Comfortable travelling for client meetings and field visits
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Commercially minded, with a strong focus on revenue generation

will be preferred. Existing contacts within hotels and hospitality will be a strong advantage.

Key Performance Indicators

Your success will primarily be measured by:

New clients acquired + enquiries converted + revenue generated + repeat business.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of a territory, build a pipeline from scratch and increase sales month after month.

Compensation

₹25,000–₹40,000 per month + attractive sales incentives

Compensation will be based on experience and, more importantly, sales capability and performance.
