Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work full time on-site at the Chennai office, supporting the growth of Sage GFX Digital Solutions and its clients. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, presenting digital marketing solutions, and managing the sales pipeline from prospecting to closure. The specialist will collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with client needs, develop sales presentations, and participate in client meetings and demos.





Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, responding to inquiries, providing after-sales support, and gathering feedback to improve service offerings. The role also includes preparing sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and contributing to training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance overall sales and marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, handle queries, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Proven Sales capabilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure in a B2B or agency environment.
- Experience with Sales Management and Training to support pipeline tracking, performance monitoring, and mentoring of team members.
- Understanding of digital marketing services (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media, web design) and ability to translate client needs into solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic data analysis to monitor campaign and sales performance.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in a digital agency or technology-driven sales role is an advantage.
