Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive – Admissions to drive student admissions for our PU College in Mangalore, with a specific focus on North Karnataka.

The candidate will be based in Mangalore and will be required to travel extensively across North Karnataka for admission marketing activities, school visits, career guidance programs, promotional campaigns, parent/student interactions and other BTL activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive PU College admissions across North Karnataka.
- Develop and execute admission marketing plans for assigned districts and locations.
- Conduct regular field visits to North Karnataka for admission-related activities.
- Visit schools, colleges, tuition centres and other potential student touchpoints.
- Coordinate and conduct career guidance sessions, seminars, presentations and counselling activities.
- Generate leads through school visits, educational events, promotional activities and local networking.
- Counsel students and parents regarding PU College courses, facilities, academic programs and career opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents and convert leads into admissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, teachers, counsellors and local influencers.
- Coordinate BTL activities, education fairs, roadshows, campaigns and promotional events.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in North Karnataka.
- Prepare regular reports on market visits, leads generated, follow-ups and admissions achieved.
- Achieve assigned lead generation and admission targets.




- Coordinate with the central Marketing & Admissions team for campaign execution and admission closures.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or any relevant discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in admissions, education marketing, field marketing, sales or business development.
- Candidates with experience in PU College / Schools / Education Industry will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing, counselling and negotiation skills.
- Should be comfortable with extensive travel across North Karnataka.
- Should have good knowledge of North Karnataka markets and educational institutions.
- Target-oriented, energetic and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively.
- Willingness to travel frequently and stay outside Mangalore when required.
