Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. In this role, the specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients, and promote Reliable Cabs’ transport services across relevant markets.

Day-to-day activities include managing sales pipelines, preparing proposals, conducting product and service presentations, and coordinating with operations to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations. The specialist will support marketing campaigns,



contribute to digital and offline promotional activities, and gather market feedback to refine sales strategies. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, providing training or guidance to junior staff on sales processes, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage diverse clients professionally and clearly.
- Proven capabilities in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Experience in Training related to sales processes, customer handling, or product/service knowledge.
- Familiarity with basic marketing concepts and comfort supporting promotional activities and campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets within defined timelines.
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools; experience in transport, logistics, or service-based industries is an advantage.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on ethical, inclusive, and customer-centric practices.
