Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support day-to-day activities that drive lead generation, client acquisition, and brand visibility for Urban Bolt Private Workspace & Co-Working. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves assisting with sales outreach, responding to inquiries, giving workspace tours, and maintaining accurate records of prospects and customers. The intern will help execute marketing campaigns, support social media and digital promotions, and participate in events or on-site activations to attract new members.

Responsibilities also include collaborating with the team on sales presentations,



learning basic sales management practices, and providing customer service to ensure a positive experience for visitors and existing clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospects and members.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills and an eagerness to learn Sales Management practices.
- Candidates should possess an interest or experience in Training or being trained on sales and marketing processes.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of marketing concepts, social media platforms, and digital outreach (preferred).
