Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role is an on-site internship based in Patna. The intern will support sales and marketing activities, including identifying prospective clients, assisting with outreach, and maintaining accurate records of leads and interactions. Day-to-day responsibilities may involve participating in customer meetings, gathering client requirements, providing basic product information, and supporting digital and offline marketing campaigns.
The intern will collaborate with senior team members to learn sales processes,
contribute to promotional materials, and assist in organizing training or demo sessions. This role is designed to provide practical exposure to sales and marketing in an IT services workplace while contributing to Saproh’s growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management abilities to support lead generation, follow-ups, and basic pipeline tracking.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as the ability to assist in product demonstrations and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts (including digital marketing), IT services, or software solutions is beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Patna, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced, learning-focused environment.
