VitQ Lifesciences is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience in PCD Pharma Franchise and Third Party Manufacturing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, business development, lead generation, and client relationship management.

This role is perfect for professionals who can identify new business opportunities, convert inquiries into long-term partnerships, and contribute to the company's growth across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads for PCD Pharma Franchise and Third Party Manufacturing.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, franchise partners, wholesalers, and healthcare businesses.
- Handle client inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
- Convert leads into successful business partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify new territories and business opportunities.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients to increase sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, and dispatch updates.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business expansion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Required Skills





- 1–2 years of experience in PCD Pharma Sales or Third Party Manufacturing Sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the franchise business model.
- Experience in lead generation and business development.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and qualified attitude.

Preferred Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing or business development will be preferred.
