Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support outreach and engagement efforts to attract learners to GrowEasy?’s product management programs. This internship role is based on-site in Noida and involves assisting with lead generation, conducting follow-ups, and guiding prospective learners through the admission process.

Day-to-day tasks include interacting with potential learners, explaining program perks, answering inquiries, and providing a positive customer experience. The intern will also support basic sales reporting,



help in organizing training-related events or sessions, and collaborate with the team to improve marketing and communication initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospective learners and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, conversion, and pipeline tracking.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to assist with program promotion and learner guidance.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and comfort with using digital tools and CRM or spreadsheet software.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
