Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support daily sales and marketing activities that drive awareness and growth for Translytics in the supply chain technology space. This full-time, on-site role is based in Pune and involves assisting with lead generation, outreach campaigns, and follow-up communication with prospective customers. The intern will help prepare sales presentations, update CRM records,



and coordinate with the sales team to support pipeline development.

They will also contribute to marketing initiatives such as content creation, social media updates, event support, and market research to identify potential opportunities. The role offers exposure to B2B sales processes, AI and supply chain solutions, and collaborative work with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with prospects and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, including the ability to quickly learn product features and explain them clearly to stakeholders - willingness to learn is non-negotiable.
- Candidates should ideally have basic knowledge of marketing concepts, digital channels, and CRM tools.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest in AI, data-driven decision-making, and supply chain or operations management is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Kharadi, Pune, collaborate in a team environment, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
