Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The intern will support daily sales activities such as responding to inquiries, assisting with lead generation, and helping convert prospects into bookings.

They will contribute to marketing efforts by creating and updating listings, coordinating promotional campaigns, and gathering customer feedback to improve guest experience.



The role includes collaborating with the customer service and operations teams to ensure consistent communication and smooth guest interactions. The intern will also assist with basic reporting, market research, and maintaining accurate records of sales and marketing activities.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication and Customer Service skills to engage guests and partners professionally.
- Foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead handling, follow-ups, and conversion activities.
- Interest or experience in Training, enabling effective knowledge sharing and collaboration with team members.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, online listing management, and hospitality or real estate services is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace and comfort with online booking platforms and digital tools.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
