Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support day-to-day sales and marketing activities for Srushti Enterprise’s printing and packaging solutions. This internship role is in office and based in Mumbai, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify prospects, assist in client outreach, and follow up on leads.

Responsibilities include supporting customer interactions, preparing basic sales materials, gathering market and competitor information, and helping coordinate promotions and presentations. The intern will also assist with maintaining customer records, documenting feedback, and participating in internal training to better understand products and services.



This role offers hands-on exposure to the flexible packaging and printing sector and the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Foundational Sales and Sales Management abilities, with interest in prospecting, lead follow-up, and supporting sales processes.
- Training-oriented mindset, with willingness to learn about products, industry trends, and sales techniques.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Packaging Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts and comfort with MS Office and digital tools for documentation and presentations.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Interest in the printing, packaging, or manufacturing industry is highly beneficial.
