Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role is a 3 months unpaid remote internship focused on supporting outreach and growth initiatives for Espiratia’s programs and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with lead generation, conducting market research, and supporting sales outreach through email, calls, and online platforms. The intern will help prepare presentations, sales materials, and training content, and may assist in organizing webinars or online events.

Additional tasks include responding to inquiries,



maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools, and collaborating with the team to refine messaging and improve customer engagement.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospective participants and partners.
- Foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking.
- Interest in Training and learning-focused initiatives, with the ability to assist in preparing program or workshop materials.
- Comfort working remotely, with reliable internet access and the ability to manage time and tasks independently.
- Proficiency with basic productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, online meeting platforms); familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and summarize insights clearly.
- Enthusiasm for neuroscience, AI, or human development topics is beneficial, though not required.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
