Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role is a full time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The intern will support the sales team in identifying prospective institutional and individual clients, conducting outreach, and assisting in follow-ups to drive product adoption. Daily tasks include helping prepare sales pitches and presentations, maintaining customer records, and coordinating with the marketing team on campaigns, social media activities, and promotional events.

The intern will also assist with customer service interactions,



gather feedback from learners and partners, and help organize training sessions and demos of Daanik Eduventures’ learning platforms. This role provides hands-on exposure to sales operations and marketing activities in the education and BFSI training domain.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with learners, institutional partners, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management abilities to support lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking.
- Candidates should possess interest or experience in Training to help coordinate demos, workshops, and product orientations.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles, social media, and digital promotion is beneficial.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple tasks, and use productivity and CRM tools as needed.
- Enthusiasm for the BFSI sector and technology-enabled learning, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
