Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through online/offline marketing

- Handle customer inquiries & explain project details

- Conduct site visits & client meetings

- Close sales & achieve monthly targets

- Manage social media promotions & campaigns

- Maintain customer database & follow-ups

Required Skills:

- Good communication & negotiation skills

- Presentation skills

- Basic real estate knowledge

- Target-oriented approach

- Digital marketing knowledge (preferred)

Qualification:

- Any Graduate/ Post Graduate can apply(MBA Marketing preferred).

- 1-3 years experience (Real Estate preferred)

- Freshers with good communication can apply
