Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing, customer-centric Sales and Customer Relationship Specialist to drive revenue growth, manage client lifecycles, and elevate the client experience at Muuse. You will serve as the primary bridge between our clients and clinical treatments, acting as a trusted advisor who understands aesthetic goals, expertly guides clients through package options, and ensures exceptional satisfaction from consultation to post-treatment care.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Upselling: Conduct consultations to understand client needs, pitch appropriate aesthetic treatments, and actively upsell/cross-sell customized treatment packages to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term, trusted relationships with high-value clients, ensuring they feel valued, understood, and eager to return.
- Pre & Post-Treatment Care: Manage client touchpoints before and after procedures—answering pre-treatment queries, checking in on recovery,



and ensuring all clinical guidelines are clearly communicated.
- Customer Satisfaction & Advocacy: Resolve client queries swiftly and empathetically. Proactively solicit positive Google reviews and feedback to build our online reputation and brand trust.
- Pipeline & Conversion Tracking: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, follow-ups, and conversion metrics in the CRM system.

Requirements

- Mandatory Experience: Proven track record in a target-driven sales environment with demonstrable experience closing deals and driving revenue.
- Preferred Background: Prior experience working in aesthetic clinics, dermatology centers, luxury salons, or cosmetics retail is a solid advantage.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, and a polished, professional demeanor.
- Attributes: Empathetic, highly organized, target-driven, and passionate about the beauty, wellness, and aesthetics industry.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
