Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound sales enquiries received through calls, emails, website, digital platforms, and other channels.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.

- Engage with prospective B2B customers and guide them through the sales process.

- Respond promptly to incoming leads and ensure effective follow-up.

- Explain product/service features, perks, pricing, and value proposition to customers.

- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally to drive conversions.

- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.

- Convert qualified inbound leads into sales and consistently achieve assigned targets.

- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in CRM systems.

- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order processing, onboarding, and other customer requirements.





- Build strong relationships with prospects and existing customers to encourage repeat business.

- Track sales performance, lead status, conversion rates, and follow-up activities.

- Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager on pipeline and sales performance.

Required Skills

- 13 years of experience in Inbound Sales / B2B Sales / Inside Sales / Telesales.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.

- Good listening, convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.

- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

- Strong follow-up skills with a result-oriented approach.

- Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic MS Office/Excel.

- Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
