Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Gurugram. The specialist will drive revenue growth by engaging prospective clients, presenting wellness services, and converting inquiries into bookings. Daily responsibilities include managing customer interactions, explaining service offerings, handling follow-ups, and maintaining strong relationships with guests.

The role also involves supporting marketing initiatives, such as promoting campaigns, assisting with local outreach, and providing feedback on customer preferences to refine sales strategies. The specialist will collaborate with management and team members to meet sales targets, ensure high service standards,



and contribute to a welcoming, wellness-centered setting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and provide a positive experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to convert leads, achieve targets, and support revenue growth.
