Experience:- 2-5 Years ( Exposure to industrial / B2B sales will be an added advantage)
Qualification: Degree or diploma in mechanical Engineer (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
Visit cement plants, project sites, and corporate offices for business development
- Develop business with cement manufacturers, EPC contractors, and project teams
- Generate and follow up on leads from plant visits and site meetings
- Coordinate with plant engineers, purchase teams, and project managers
- Understand site requirements and propose suitable solutions/products
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
- Role involves extensive PAN India travel, including remote plant locations
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, order execution, and dispatch
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with plant/site-level stakeholders
- Willingness to travel PAN India and work in field conditions
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable with site visits
- Basic understanding of industrial environments is a plus
Other Details:
- Field-intensive role with frequent plant and project site visits
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
