Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SailPoint Engineer with strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and SailPoint solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring and supporting identity governance and access management solutions in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure and maintain SailPoint Identity Governance solutions.

Manage identity lifecycle, access provisioning and de-provisioning.

Develop and configure workflows, rules, policies and connectors.

Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications and identity sources.

Implement access governance, compliance and security controls.

Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint and IAM-related issues.

Monitor identity processes, access requests and provisioning activities.

Support SailPoint upgrades, enhancements and deployments.

Collaborate with security,



infrastructure and application teams.

Maintain technical documentation and follow IAM best practices.

Required Skills

8–12 years of experience in SailPoint / IAM.

Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow.

Solid understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).

Experience with identity lifecycle and access provisioning.

Knowledge of SailPoint workflows, rules, policies and connectors.

Good understanding of Java, BeanShell and SQL.

Experience integrating SailPoint with enterprise applications.

Strong understanding of IAM security and compliance concepts.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
