We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing customer inquiries, coordinating orders, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage daily sales activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, warehouse, and accounts teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales orders and update customers on order status.
- Assist the sales team in achieving targets and maintaining customer relationships.
- Handle general administrative and coordination tasks related to sales.
Required Skills
