Report of EHS, IATF and Customers Conduct regular and random site inspections to identify Unsafe Acts/Unsafe Conditions (UA/UC). Conduct training and awareness sessions on health, safety, and accident prevention. Display and circulate safety awareness materials (signboards, posters).

Monthly MRM KPI data Schedule 5S as per scheduled time and report submit to Concerned Department Ensure daily monitoring and implementation of 5S & Kaizen in the workplace. Ensure work permits are properly issued, filled, signed, and supported with required documents. Identify safety risks and suggest preventive/corrective actions. Investigate and report industrial accidents, near misses, and first aid cases. Maintain the database of accident cases like Minor, Major etc Monitor legal safety compliance and proactively check critical safety tools (EOT cranes, RCCB, ELCB, welding sets, etc.).
