We are currently hiring for Safety Manager for your Luxury project in Khalapur.

Job Purpose To ensure a safe working environment across construction sites by implementing EHS policies, monitoring statutory compliance, identifying risks, and driving safety standards across all project activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement site-specific safety plans, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable EHS, labour, construction, and statutory safety requirements.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Identify hazards and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor safety practices for civil, structural, MEP, excavation, scaffolding, lifting, height work, and other construction activities.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to safe work practices by employees, contractors, and workers.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, training, and awareness programs.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and prepare reports with corrective actions.




- Coordinate with Project Heads, Site Engineers, contractors, and consultants on safety-related matters.
- Ensure proper implementation of work permits, LOTO, work-at-height, hot work, excavation, lifting, and confined-space safety procedures.
- Monitor housekeeping, emergency preparedness, fire safety, and first-aid arrangements at project sites.
- Maintain safety documentation, inspection reports, incident records, training records, and statutory registers.
- Conduct emergency drills and ensure site emergency response plans are updated.
- Monitor safety performance of contractors and ensure compliance with project safety standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly EHS MIS reports and present safety performance to management.
- Drive a robust safety culture and zero-accident mindset across the organization.
