Responsibilities

Must have experience with PySpark and Databricks Delta Lake ETL and Power BI development for building scalable data pipelines.

Responsible for data analytics using technologies like Oracle SQL/PL-SQL is mandatory. Candidate with prior experience on development is preferable.

Responsible for Tableau, Power BI, and scripting languages including PowerShell scripting. Proficiency in Python will be an added advantage.

Should have worked on Data Analytics and have experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery, Databricks, etc.

Should have experience with Data Warehousing concepts and implementation.

Should be experienced in any of the cloud technologies like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Should have experience using GenAI tools to enhance analytics workflows and productivity.

Use predictive analytics and data mining to solve complex problems and drive business decisions. Develop analytics solutions for various business needs like Forecasting, prediction, etc.

Translate ambiguous business problems into actionable analysis requirements.

Set priorities in a way that meets both periodic and ad-hoc reporting needs.

Deep-dive into various data sources for analysis, root causes, and to uncover recent patterns and answer key questions.





Translate business inquiries into analytical reports required to drive reporting, metrics, dashboards, and compliant programs.

Ability to provide understandable and actionable business intelligence for key stakeholders.

Solve analytical problems, and effectively communicate methodologies and results.

Build a culture of visual management build robust operational and business metrics and make them highly visual and consumable across the workplace, and help drive performance that delights our customers.

Should be able to work in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment. #QualificationsQualifications:

B.E. or MCA with 8 yrs of experience in data analytics using technologies like Tableau, Power BI, BI Publisher, Oracle SQL/PL-SQL, Transact-SQL, PySpark, Databricks Delta Lake ETL development, and Data Warehousing, along with scripting languages including Shell Scripting, PowerShell scripting, and JavaScript. Proficiency in Python will be an added advantage.

Experience using GenAI tools.

Experience working in an agile process.

Good knowledge of the finance domain.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
