We're Hiring: RPA Trainer UiPath & Power Automate
Are you passionate about RPA, automation, and mentoring fresh talent?
Location: Gurugram (In office)
Type: Full-time / Contract-for-Cohort
Reports to: Academy Lead
Role
Own the UiPath + Power Automate track end-to-end. Take engineering freshers with zero automation exposure and make them deployable at a level that clears a 1–2 year experienced developer bar in client interviews. Success is measured on placement outcomes, not session hours.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the full UiPath track: Studio, Selectors & UI automation, REFramework, Orchestrator, queues, assets, error handling, Document Understanding basics.
- Deliver the Power Automate track: Cloud flows, Desktop flows, connectors, Dataverse, approvals, environments/ALM, Power Platform admin basics.
- Build project-based curriculum — minimum 3 production-grade capstones per learner (invoice processing, ticket triage, data migration/reconciliation), not toy demos.
- Run daily hands-on labs with code review. Learners must debug their own failures, not copy walkthroughs.
- Prepare and certify learners on UiRPA (UiPath Certified RPA Associate) and PL-500 (Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer). Target 80% first-attempt clearance.
- Build and run the interview readiness layer: solution design questions, "walk me through your bot" articulation, real client scenario handling, whiteboard architecture.
- Track learner performance weekly against a competency rubric; flag and remediate the bottom quartile early.
- Contribute to assessment design, batch intake screening, and content for the platform.
Must have
- 4+ years hands-on RPA delivery, including at least 2 production UiPath implementations you personally built or led.
- Working depth in both UiPath and Power Automate — not one plus a tutorial knowledge of the other.
- UiPath certification (UiRPA/UiARD) and/or PL-500.
- Demonstrated training/mentoring experience with freshers or campus cohorts.
- Ability to explain enterprise context: why a client buys automation, how a CoE runs, what a BA hands a developer, what SLA and hypercare mean.
Good to have
- Exposure to Power Apps, Power BI, or Azure.
- Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM integrations.
- Prior work with placement-linked or outcome-based training programs.
- Python/VB.NET/SQL for custom activities and data handling.
What we're solving for Freshers lose interviews to experienced candidates on three things: production judgment, debugging speed, and articulation. Your job is to close all three inside the cohort window. A trainer who covers syllabus but produces learners who freeze on "what broke in your last bot and how did you fix it" is not a fit.
