- Handle the purchase of required spares and materials.

- Receive, inspect, and organize spare parts and materials.

- Distribute spares to technicians and maintenance teams as per requirements.

- Maintain proper records of material issues and stock movements.

- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of essential spares.

- Coordinate with suppliers for the purchase and delivery of required materials.

- Ensure proper storage and organization of spare parts.

- Track inventory usage and identify materials that need to be replenished.

Key Responsibilities





Stock Management

- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.

- Monitor incoming and outgoing materials.

- Conduct regular stock verification.

- Ensure proper storage and identification of spare parts.

Purchase & Procurement

- Purchase spares and maintenance materials as per operational requirements.

- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.

- Follow up on pending material orders and deliveries.

Spare Distribution

- Issue and distribute spare parts to technicians and maintenance personnel.

- Maintain proper documentation for all material issues.

- Ensure the right spares are provided for maintenance and installation activities.
