As part of Lloyds Technology Centre (LTC), you will support the Risk & Control function with risk monitoring, data analysis, and reporting while working with colleagues across the business.

This role is suited to someone with a basic understanding of risk, knowledge of data analytics, and curiosity to learn and develop.

What You'll Be Doing

- Create simple dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Help track Key process indicators, Key risk indicators, trends, and actions.
- Work with stakeholders to improve data quality and reporting.
- Learn and contribute to improvements in risk and reporting processes.

What You'll Need Essential Skills & Experience

- Basic understanding of business processes.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly,



both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to analyse situations and understand concepts quickly.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and learn from others.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Working knowledge of Excel and familiarity with Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
- Ability to understand and work with data.
- Curious, willing to learn and comfortable working with others.

Preferred Skills

- A qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or B.Tech.
- Familiarity with Power Query, SQL, Python or automation tools is helpful but not essential.
