- Handle field sales activities for housing loans and mortgage loans.

- Identify and generate potential customers through field visits and other sales channels.

- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

- Coordinate with customers throughout the loan application and processing stages.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

- Conduct regular field visits for lead generation and customer meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation:

- Generate leads for housing and mortgage loan products.

- Conduct field visits to meet prospective customers.

- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

- Follow up with leads and convert them into loan applications.

- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.

Customer Relationship Management

- Understand customer requirements and financial eligibility.

- Explain loan products, interest rates, terms, and documentation requirements.





- Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the loan process.

- Build long-term relationships with customers and generate referrals.

Loan Processing

- Collect and verify required customer documents.

- Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams.

- Follow up on loan applications until approval and disbursement.

- Resolve customer queries related to the loan application process.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: Graduate.

- Experience: Minimum 1 year.

- English: Basic English.

- Age: 25–35 years.

- Gender: Any gender.

- Prior experience in housing loan, mortgage loan, banking, or financial services sales is preferred.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned territory.

- Robust sales and target-oriented approach.
