Required Qualifications:
- B.TECH /BE Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
- 14-18 years of experience in Telecom RAN Operations and Service Management.
- Strong experience in 4G LTE/5G RAN Operations and Optimization .
- Hands-on experience with Nokia or Ericsson RAN platforms, and Tools .
- Experience managing telecom service delivery teams.
- Strong understanding of mobile network architecture and RAN KPIs.
Expertise in Automation .

What will your job look like?
- Manage and support 4G/5G RAN operations and optimization activities.
- Monitor and improve network KPIs, performance, and service quality.
- Analyze network performance issues and drive corrective actions.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex RAN faults and incidents.
- Ensure network availability, reliability, and optimal performance.
- Coordinate with optimization teams to improve network coverage, capacity, and user experience.
- Review and validate network changes, software upgrades, and parameter modifications.
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive action implementation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members.
- Work closely with Nokia/Ericsson technical teams and customers for issue resolution.
- Support customer escalations and critical network events.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Hands of Automation process (RAN Automation/Workflow automation)
- Managerial Responsibilities
- Manage and lead RAN service delivery teams.
- Drive team performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Plan resource allocation, shift management, and workforce scheduling.
- Conduct regular team reviews, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure SLA and KPI compliance across all service operations.
- Handle customer communications, escalations, and service reviews.
- Coordinate with multiple internal departments .
- Lead service improvement initiatives and operational excellence programs.
- Prepare and present operational reports to customers and senior management.
- Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performance team culture.
- Drive process adherence, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
