Elevate is seeking a Review Analyst to join our Discovery team on a contractual basis, specializing in Document Review and Incident Response within the eDiscovery function. As a Review Analyst you will support global law firms and corporate legal departments by analyzing electronically stored information (ESI) in the context of complex litigation and regulatory investigations. Your work will involve applying review protocols, identifying sensitive data exposures, and contributing to high-impact legal matters across jurisdictions. As a Review Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for supporting litigation and regulatory investigations through document review and incident response workflows. You will work closely with legal teams to analyze electronically stored information, apply review protocols, and contribute to the timely and accurate delivery of discovery services.
Specifically, as a Review Analyst you will
- Conduct first-level and second-level document reviews for relevance, privilege, and issue coding.
- Support incident response investigations by analyzing data sets for potential exposure and compliance risks.
- Apply customer-specific review guidelines and escalate ambiguous or sensitive documents.
- Review high volumes of complex litigation documents maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity across review platforms.
- Participate in quality control checks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document findings and prepare summaries or decision logs as required.
- Ensure adherence to Elevate's standard operating procedures on projects.
- Be trained on and required to use the most advanced litigation technology review tools.
- Work as part of a global team.
