Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist – Mohali

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist to optimize revenue operations, improve Sales & Marketing processes, implement automation, and drive business growth through data and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize end-to-end Revenue Operations (RevOps).
- Align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success operations.
- Manage CRM data, sales pipelines, forecasting, dashboards, and reporting.
- Track key revenue KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement automation, workflows, and process improvements.
- Improve lead management, conversion rates, and revenue forecasting.
- Analyze business performance and provide actionable insights.




- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and revenue growth.

Requirements

- Relevant experience in Revenue Operations / RevOps.
- Solid understanding of CRM, sales processes, pipeline management, and reporting.
- Experience with data analysis, dashboards, KPIs, and revenue forecasting.
- Knowledge of automation and workflow optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
