Revenue Assurance
- Monitor end-to-end revenue processes from order creation to cash collection.
- Identify, investigate, and eliminate revenue leakage.
- Ensure accurate billing and invoicing in accordance with contracts and pricing policies.
- Validate revenue recognition in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Perform revenue reconciliations between CRM, ERP, billing, and financial systems.
- Review customer contracts to ensure correct billing and commercial implementation.
Financial Controls
- Design and implement revenue assurance controls.
- Conduct periodic audits of billing, pricing, discounts, rebates, and collections.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Strengthen internal controls to minimize financial risks.
