Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, qualified assistance.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Answer questions about products, pricing, promotions, and store policies.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payment methods.
- Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed neatly.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment,
and price tagging.
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Assist with opening and closing store procedures.
