Role Description The Retail Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at our store in Mumbai. This role involves engaging with customers on the shop floor, understanding their needs, and guiding them through product selections that match their preferences and budget.

Responsibilities include achieving daily and monthly sales targets, maintaining product displays, handling billing and cash transactions, and ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

The Retail Sales

Executive will respond to customer queries, manage returns or exchanges as per policy,



and provide feedback to the store manager on customer trends and popular products. The role also requires active participation in promotions, inventory checks, and coordination with team members to deliver a consistent, high-quality shopping experience.

Qualifications

- Robust Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to meet targets and upsell or cross-sell products.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, including the ability to handle queries, complaints, and after-sales support with patience and professionalism.
- Clear and confident Communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members.
- Relationship Building abilities to develop repeat customer business and maintain positive rapport with shoppers.
- Prior experience in retail or fashion lifestyle stores is preferred.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems, billing, and cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in retail or sales is an advantage.
