The role involves assisting walk-in customers, understanding their requirements,



showcasing furniture products, and converting inquiries into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities • Attend and assist walk-in customers in the showroom.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products.
- Demonstrate product features, designs, and customization options.
- Prepare quotations and explain pricing details to customers.
- Follow up with customers to close sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with delivery and installation teams for smooth order execution.
- Keep the showroom display organized and attractive.
- Stay updated on new products, offers, and promotions Requirements • Experience: 1–10 years in Retail Sales, Furniture Sales, Home Décor, Consumer Durables, or related industries.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Positive attitude and sales-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
