Role Overview

We are looking for a customer-focused and well-presented Sales Associate to join our retail team in Gurgaon.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional in-store experience for customers, understanding their preferences, guiding them through their jewellery-buying journey, and contributing to store sales goals. From engagement rings to special occasion purchases, you will play an important role in helping customers make confident and memorable decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist walk-in customers, ensuring a warm and premium in-store experience
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable jewellery pieces
- Present and explain product details, diamond specifications, pricing, and customization options
- Guide customers through the complete purchase journey and confidently handle sales conversations
- Support customers making high-value purchases, including engagement rings and bespoke jewellery
- Coordinate with design, operations, and customer experience teams for custom orders and special requests




- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals
- Maintain showroom presentation, product displays, and customer-facing areas to brand standards
- Follow up on enquiries and leads to maximize conversions
- Contribute towards monthly sales targets and overall store performance

Requirement

- 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, luxury retail, jewellery sales, or customer-facing sales roles
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Well-groomed, professional, and customer-centric approach
- Ability to understand customer preferences and recommend products accordingly
- Comfortable handling premium products and high-value customer interactions
- Strong sales orientation with the ability to convert enquiries into purchases
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service best practices
