Role Description The Retail Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the retail branch. This includes managing sales activities, guiding customers through high-end audio and home cinema solutions, and ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

The role involves leading and coaching the branch team, setting performance targets, monitoring store metrics, and maintaining visual merchandising and showroom standards.

Manager will handle key customer interactions, resolve escalations,



coordinate with technical and installation teams, and implement promotional initiatives to drive revenue. This role also requires maintaining compliance with company policies, tracking inventory, and preparing regular operational and sales reports.

- Undergraduate degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
