We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and well-presented Waiter/Waitress to join our restaurant service team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in providing excellent guest experiences.

The role involves welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that guests receive prompt and courteous service throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests warmly.
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
- Explain menu items, ingredients, and daily specials when required.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and bar teams.
- Serve food and beverages in a skilled and timely manner.
- Check on guests during their meal and respond to their needs.
- Handle guest queries, requests, and basic complaints politely.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for the next guests.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant service area.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar,



and other service staff for smooth operations.
- Follow restaurant service standards and hygiene procedures.
- Assist with opening and closing duties when required.
- Handle billing/payment procedures if assigned.
- Upsell menu items, beverages, desserts, or special offers where appropriate.
- Maintain a professional appearance and courteous behaviour at all times.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but freshers with the right attitude may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.
- Pleasant personality and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Good personal hygiene and grooming.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic English/Hindi communication skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
