Location:

Hyderabad / Bengaluru

- Manage overall restaurant operations and daily service.

- Lead, train, and motivate the team.

- Ensure food quality, service, hygiene, and brand standards.

- Handle guest concerns and ensure excellent customer experience.

- Monitor sales, inventory, staffing, and basic cost controls.

- Drive team performance and achieve business targets.

Experience:

3–6 years in restaurant/F&B; operations, preferably premium dining.

Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM)

- Support the RM in managing daily restaurant operations.

- Supervise FOH team and ensure smooth service.

- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues.

- Train and coach team members on service standards.

- Monitor hygiene, food quality, and restaurant readiness.





- Support sales, inventory, and cost-control activities.

Experience:

2–4 years in F&B;, preferably as a Supervisor/ARM.

Captain

- Manage the assigned section and ensure smooth service.

- Greet and assist guests with menu recommendations and orders.

- Ensure proper service standards and table setup.

- Coordinate with kitchen and service team for timely orders.

- Handle guest requests and escalate concerns when required.

- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and brand standards.

Experience:

1–3 years in premium/casual dining. Valuable communication and guest-handling skills required.
