Experience: 8–12 years | Hospitality / Premium Casual Dining / Pub Industry

Position Summary: The General Manager will have end-to-end responsibility for the outlet’s business performance, including operations, revenue, profitability, people, guest experience and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Drive sales, revenue growth and outlet profitability, with complete P&L; ownership.

•⁠ ⁠Lead and oversee day-to-day F&B;, bar and service operations.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure consistent delivery of 10 Downing Street service and brand standards.

•⁠ ⁠Manage food & beverage costs, inventory, wastage and operating expenses.

•⁠ ⁠Build, lead and develop a high-performing team, including recruitment, training and performance management.

•⁠ ⁠Drive business through events, corporate sales, local partnerships,



dine-in and delivery channels.

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with the central marketing team to execute campaigns, events and local activations.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor guest feedback, online ratings and customer retention, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure adherence to SOPs, statutory compliance, hygiene, safety and internal controls.

•⁠ ⁠Review business performance regularly and implement data-driven corrective and growth initiatives.
