- Position: Shift Manager / ARM

- Department: Restaurant / Hospitality / Tourism

- Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts.

- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.

- Supervise, guide, and train staff to maintain operational and service standards.

- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as required.

- Ensure proper stock availability for smooth restaurant operations.

- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and safe work environment.

- Ensure company policies, food safety standards, and operational procedures are followed.

- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient shift operations.

- Handle operational issues and take appropriate corrective action.

- Support management in achieving restaurant targets and maintaining service quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage staff and delegate shift duties effectively.

- Monitor customer service, food quality, and operational efficiency.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

- Track inventory and minimize stock shortages and wastage.





- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

- Support staff training and performance improvement.

- Ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

- Work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Job Requirements

Experience & Qualification:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industry is preferred.

- Candidates with BHM or IHM qualifications can apply.

- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

- Further education in hospitality or management is an added advantage.
