Eligibility Criteria:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Must have 3-5 years of experience in program role with a civil society organization at block, district, divisional or city level.
- Experienced in leading and managing community level team
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
- Proficiency in using digital/software-based systems and tools
- Must have a working knowledge of basic budgeting and interpreting utilization certificates etc.
- Language proficiency – Hindi (and local dialects of UP) and English.
- Own a two-wheeler and is willing to travel extensively within the city on a daily basis

Roles & Responsibilities:

The Resource Person will be overall in charge for programme implementation in urban areas of Varanasi.

Supportive Supervision

· Provide regular supportive supervision to the project implementation team

· Visit each centre on a weekly basis and support in operations, provide feedback, address challenges and interact with the community.

Capacity Building





· Support capacity building for partner’s staff/implementation team on identified topics

· Identify capacity gaps and develop structured capacity building plans for each project area

Coordination

· Ensure regular coordination and review with implementing team/partners

· Facilitate cluster level meetings with coordinators from implementation team

· Facilitate monthly review meetings with partners based on the data insights and field observations to inform programmatic decisions and action plans

· Coordinate internally with teams engaged in Urban Initiative programme

MIS & Documentation

· Ensure effective use of MIS systems by all staff.

· Support the roll out and stabilisation of MIS systems in the field.

· Prepare reports and documentations as per the project requirement

· Support process documentation and capture key learnings and best practices
