Role Description This is a full-time, in office Residential Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru North. The role involves meeting with clients to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and functional needs for residential spaces.

The designer will develop design concepts, layouts, and mood boards, while coordinating space planning, material selection, and FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) requirements.



Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing construction and interior drawings, collaborating with architects, contractors, and vendors, and overseeing site execution to ensure designs are implemented as planned. The designer will also manage project timelines, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to budget, quality, and safety standards.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Interior Design and FF&E; selection for residential projects
- Demonstrated skills in Space Planning and Architecture coordination
- Ability to produce accurate Construction Drawings and detailed design documentation
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools)
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Experience working on residential interiors, preferably in fast-paced environments
- Excellent visualization, communication, and client-facing skills
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru North and coordinate with cross-functional teams
