Role Description The Reservations Ticketing Agent role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The agent will handle daily reservations and ticketing tasks, including creating, modifying, and confirming travel bookings for B2B clients across flights, hotels, and packages.

Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate fare and itinerary information, processing cancellations and changes, and ensuring timely issue of tickets and vouchers. The role involves coordinating with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams, maintaining up-to-date records in reservation systems, and adhering to company policies and service standards.



The agent will also support sales initiatives by suggesting suitable travel options and promoting company offerings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Reservations and ticketing skills, including experience with GDS or airline booking systems and handling amendments, cancellations, and reissues.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and professional client handling.
- Candidates should possess Travel & Tourism knowledge, including understanding of itineraries, destinations, fares, and industry terminology.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills related to cross-selling and upselling travel products and supporting B2B partners.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Prior experience in reservations or ticketing within the travel industry is preferred.
- Relevant education in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.
- Proficiency with standard office software and reservation tools; willingness to learn new systems as required.
