Role Description The Reservations Ticketing Agent is a full-time, in office role based in Lucknow. This position is responsible for handling customer inquiries related to travel bookings, processing reservations and ticketing, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation of itineraries and payments.

The agent will coordinate with travel partners and internal teams to secure best options for clients, manage changes and cancellations, and provide clear, courteous support throughout the booking process. Daily tasks include using reservation systems,



updating customer records, resolving issues, and promoting relevant travel and tourism services offered by idence BDS. The role requires consistent adherence to company policies, attention to detail, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales conversion.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Practical experience in Reservations and Ticketing, with ability to use booking and travel management systems accurately.
- Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a professional, service-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of Travel & Tourism industry practices, itineraries, and travel documentation requirements.
- Sales skills to promote services, upsell suitable options, and support revenue goals.
- Attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfort with basic computer applications and online platforms; prior experience with travel CRMs or GDS tools is an advantage.
- Relevant education in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related field; prior experience in a reservations or ticketing role is preferred.
