1. Handling Customer Communications on email, phone, whatsapp on behalf of the Hotel.
2. Provide guests with detailed information about room types, facilities, amenities, packages, and promotions.
3. Handling Customer Leads and converting those leads into business for Hotels.
4. Resolve guest concerns or issues related to reservations professionally and promptly.
5. Coordinate with the Hotel's Front Office to ensure smooth handling of guest arrivals, special requests, or group bookings.
6. Handling of the Central Reservation System and payments for the Hotel.
7. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports for management.
